Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking our detailing services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Nomad Mobile Detailing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our Service. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who book or use our specialized detailing services.
2. Service Prerequisites
To receive a service from Nomad, the following conditions must be met:
- Authorization by the legal owner to work on the vehicle.
- Provision of adequate space for our mobile unit to park safely.
- Clearance of personal items from the interior (for interior detailing packages).
- Access to the vehicle and keys at the scheduled appointment time.
- A safe environment for our technicians to perform the work.
3. Payment & Charges
You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all service charges, including but not limited to:
- The selected detailing package rate and applicable taxes.
- Any agreed-upon add-ons or upgrades selected during the service.
- Mobilization fees if applicable for locations outside our standard service area.
- Extreme condition fees (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, or biohazards) as discussed prior to or during the service.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Our policy is designed to maintain a fair schedule for our master technicians:
- More than 24 hours notice: Free rescheduling or full refund.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A rescheduling fee or non-refundable deposit may apply.
- No-show at appointment time: The full service fee may be charged.
- Weather Policy: Mobile detailing is subject to weather conditions. In the event of rain, snow, or extreme temperatures, Nomad Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost for your safety and to ensure the quality of the service.
5. Liability & Guarantee
Nomad Mobile Detailing is fully insured for all services performed. While we take every precaution with your vehicle, you agree to notify us within 24 hours of service if you believe any damage has occurred. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee—if you are not happy with the results, notify our technician on-site or contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
6. Termination
We may refuse or terminate service access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including unsafe working conditions or breach of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nomad Mobile Detailing operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
